The location in the restaurant located downstairs was fantastic and perfect for us. And it was also adjacent to a 2 days hike with families from Goppenstein to Leukerbad and next day via Gemmi to Kandersteg, centre, and the old town...

Nothing all good.

The room was reasonably large and quiet and offered central heating, a seating area, and a work desk. the beds with hypo-allergenic pillows were comfy. the location was prime and top there, in the old town.

The staff are very nice and the room was reasonably spacious and quiet with a nice view. The location it offers is incredible, adjacent to Gemmi, the center and the downtown: D

The room I stayed in was spacious and fairly quiet with a nice view. I had central heating, multi-channel TV, and coffee/tea making facilities in the room. the location was incredible and absolutely perfect - short way from everywhere I wanted to go.

The hotel was situated in the heart of the city, making it easy for us to explore all the attractions and restaurants nearby. The staff were very friendly and always had a smile on their faces, which added to our overall positive experience.

Limited parking options, check-in process could be improved. Finding parking was a bit of a hassle as there were only two paid parking spots available in the city.

The location was perfect, just a short walk to the Walliser Alpentherme. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the staff were friendly. Despite the room being somewhat small, it was cozy and clean. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Leukerbad.
